Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods/Services from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Transform Minds, accessible from www.transformminds.com.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The pricing details for our offering(s) may vary and will be shared with you or the relevant party/parties before you or the relevant parties choose to avail the offering(s).

Kindly note that after the payment has been made, it will not be possible to cancel your purchase. No refund or compensation of any kind will be provided after we have mailed the PPET Evaluation Report to you. Under exceptional circumstances, we may at our sole discretion, decide to refund the amount paid by you to us. In case we decide to refund the amount paid by you to us, we will do so within 7 to ten working days. In any case and under any circumstance, our maximum liability will be limited to a refund of the amount paid by you to us.
